Half rack (20U), 2x switchable PDU outputs (10 A 230 V), main and redundant 1 Gbps port, shared 1 Gbps internet and 1x IPv4. IPv6 segment on request via support ticket.

Facility SLA is 99.99% for internet, network, power and cooling, with a 20-minute response time. Cooling is 1+1 (100% reserve), both power circuits are UPS-backed with an outdoor gas generator, temperatures 20/23 C. Classification: TIER II. Full list: Technical specifications.

METERED plans charge a fixed monthly fee plus electricity consumed (kWh). FLAT-RATE includes electricity up to the max power in the monthly price.

800 mm racks suit standard servers (e.g. HP DL360/380 SFF). 1000 mm racks fit very deep servers (DELL, HP DL LFF).
